Director and Author Terence O'Malley is a popular speaker on the subjects of Nelly Don: A Stitch in Time (both the film and book), the Kansas City Union Station Massacre (Documentary Film) and Black Hand Strawman: The History of Organized Crime in Kansas City (Documentary Film). He uses clips of his various films to create compelling presentations. Mr. O'Malley has a B.A. in English from Loyola University New Orleans, an M.S. in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. He spent several years as a TV reporter in Alaska and was the deputy press secretary to the Governor of Alaska during the Exxon Valdez oil spill.
